REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Having 2 years of relevant work experience in administrative, coordination, or support roles.
- With knowledge or experience with procurement, contract administration, budget tracking, and vendor management processes.
- With background in event coordination, administrative operations, or project coordination is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, office resources, departmental assets, and marketing materials to ensure smooth team operations.
- Support offline marketing campaigns and events by coordinating materials, logistics, vendors, and on-site requirements.
- Monitor departmental budgets, track expenses, and maintain accurate administrative and financial records.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, contracts, procurement requests, invoices, and payment follow-ups with relevant internal teams.
- Assist with other administrative and operational tasks or projects as assigned by the management.
