JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Open for Fresh Graduates, Undergraduates, and Senior Highschool graduate
- With 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service is an advantage.
- Amenable to attend interviews
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services with accuracy, courtesy, and professionalism.
- Process customer transactions and orders efficiently, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Manage, update, and maintain customer data and information records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor to support overall team operations.
