Job Opportunity: Graduate Accounting Associates for our Direct Hire client
Company: An Australian-based accounting firm
Location : Trafalgar Plaza Building, 105 HV Dela Costa, Salcedo Village, Makati
About the Role
We are seeking recent or upcoming graduates of Accounting-related courses to join our team as Accounting Associates . This is a direct-hire opportunity with full training provided. No prior work experience is required—just your enthusiasm, commitment, and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate (2025 or 2026) of Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting
- Fluent in English (essential)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to work within deadlines and budgets
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of MYOB, Xero, BGL360, or Cloudoffis is an advantage (not required)
Responsibilities
- Undertake accounting and English proficiency tests during the application process
- Assist in accounting tasks under supervision
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and deliver accurate results
- Learn and apply accounting systems and processes through structured training
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: PHP 25,000 per month
- Probation: 6 months
- Annual salary review
- Health card provided after 12 months (upon regularization)
- Work hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Makati) or 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM during Melbourne daylight saving time
