Description - Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job listings and screening resumes.
- Help maintain employee records and manage onboarding processes for new hires.
- Support the HR department in implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide general support on HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality.
