- Assist in the development and implementation of integrated management systems in alignment with organizational goals.
- Support data entry and analysis tasks to ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for management system audits and reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and feedback.
- Prepare and present reports on system performance and areas for improvement.
- Educational Qualifications: Any bachelor’s degree
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate/Student or 0–2 years of experience in a similar role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, time management, data entry, written communication, analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and data analysis
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow guidelines and procedures for integrated management systems
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
