- Monitor and report on account performance, providing clients with insights and recommending improvements to enhance their business outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the tech or digital services sector.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills, with an ability to handle multiple accounts effectively.
