Position: Revenue Operations Manager (RevOps) Industry: Shared Service Company Location: Cebu City Salary: Php90,000 Schedule: Nighshift Work Set up: Work Onsite Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- With at least 3+ years of proven Sales leadership experience.
- Managerial level sales operations and sales enablement experience is an advantage.
- Amendable to attend interviews
- Available to start as soon as possible
- Partner with Sales Leadership to develop annual and quarterly sales plans
- Analyze pipeline health, win rates, deal velocity, and revenue trends
- Administer CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Optimize workflows, automation, and reporting structures
- Evaluate and implement new sales tools
- Initial interview
- Final interview
