About the Role

We are seeking motivated, well-connected Recruitment Specialists based in the Philippines to support outreach and student recruitment for undergraduate and master's programs at universities in Canada. This is a performance-driven, commission-based role ideal for individuals with strong networks in the Philippine education sector and a passion for helping students achieve their international education goals. Top performers who demonstrate consistent results and professionalism will be considered for permanent, full-time positions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute outreach strategies to identify prospective undergraduate and master's students in the Philippines
Build and maintain relationships with schools, universities, guidance counselors, agents, and community organizations
Organize and attend recruitment events, info sessions, webinars, and education fairs · Provide accurate information to prospective students about Canadian university programs, admission requirements, and application processes
Guide students through the application journey, from initial inquiry to enrollment · Maintain a pipeline of leads and track progress using CRM tools
Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet enrollment targets · Represent our partner universities professionally and ethically at all times Requirements
Based in the Philippines with deep knowledge of the local education landscape · Strong network within schools, universities, or student communities (preferred)
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Filipino/Tagalog a plus)
Mandarin language skills are a plus
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working on a commission basis
Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospective students simultaneously
Experience in recruitment, sales, education consulting, or student services is an advantage
Familiarity with Canadian university admissions is a plus but not required
Access to a computer, internet, and phone
