REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Having 4–6 years of experience in advertising or marketing.
• Having good experience in digital advertising and media planning.
• Demonstrated ability to manage advertising budgets and oversee campaign execution.
• Strong analytical thinking and project management capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proven experience in handling and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:

• Mandarin Advertising Manager is responsible for developing and executing advertising strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Perform market research and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Plan and oversee advertising campaigns across digital platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels, including traditional media when necessary.
• Manage and distribute advertising budgets efficiently to maximize campaign performance.
• Coordinate with media agencies, vendors, and external partners for campaign execution.
• Lead, guide, and mentor team members when applicable.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to ensure cohesive campaign implementation.
