Position: Accounting Assistant (Cebu + Can start as soon as possible)
Company Industry: IT Company
Work Location: Cebu IT Park, Cebu, City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:45AM 5:45PM
Salary: Php30,000 – Php50,000
Work Set Up: Hybrid
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Holder in Accountancy, BSBA major in Financial
- At least 6 months to 1 year experience in Petty Cash Management, BIR and Tax Compliance
- Can attend interviews
- Amenable to work on site
- Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
- Accounting assistants are responsible for monitoring the financial transactions within their organization or department.
- They utilize dedicated accounting software and tools to carry out their tasks.
- Their responsibilities include creating financial documents, verifying their accuracy, distributing them appropriately, and monitoring their status.
- They also help by gathering financial data and comparing it with internal records, Identifying any inconsistencies and either correcting them or reporting them to senior personnel.
