It operates within the chemical manufacturing industry, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Position: Assistant HR Manager (Can start immediately)

Salary Range: Php 65,000 – Php 80,000
Work Schedule: Day Shift
Work Setup: Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee relations
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and personnel documentation in compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Demonstrate strong competencies in planning, organizing, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and control
- Supervise day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient office functions
- Lead, coach, and motivate the HR and administrative teams to achieve operational excellence
Qualifications
- Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any Business-related course
- At least 7 years of managerial experience in Human Resources
- With experience in Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) negotiations
- Experience with ISO, HACCP, and GMP certifications related to HR operations is an advantage
- Amenable to attend interviews (online and face-to-face)
- Available to start as soon as possible
