Assistant Accounting Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish finance department management system compliance with relevant regulations.
- Financial/Tax/PEZA/Customs routine works.
- Establish forms and templates of accounting internal control documents.
- Asset management, cost auditing and financial analysis.
- Provide periodically financial information, quarterly/annual financial and tax statements to Taiwan Headquarter.
- Bank transfer and related payment arrangement.
- Prepare annual budget and monthly/quarterly performance evaluation.
- Monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
- Monitor and ensure inventory/asset counting implement.
- Communicate and coordinate with local accountant/PEZA/Tax Bureau.
- Review salary calculation from HR.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management or any related programs.
- Knowledgeable in overall Finance process.
- Have broad idea in BIR reports.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in same field.
