Monitoring and Control Assistant
Full-time
Filoil Logistics Corp.
• To monitor daily sales and daily remittance of stations.
• Process of station purchase order (Fuel and Lubes transaction)
• Daily Report of sales and margin remittance
• Monitor of inventory stock status (Gain/Loss)
• Monitoring of Station Account Receivable and follow up collection
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports
QUALIFICATION
- Open for fresh graduates or 1 year of working experience
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- With experience in handling multiple stations is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good Communication and coordination skills
