Research and Development Officer

Job description:
- Formulate new products based on trends and current international developments in the powdered/herbal drinks industry.
- Research for new functional ingredients that can be applicable for powdered/herbal health drinks.
- Assist Sales in the presentation of new products to clients
- Assist the manager in updating the database of functional ingredients
- Confirm the evaluation of packaging materials including the printed label and artwork if conforming to regulatory and customer requirements.
- Ensure the safekeeping of retention samples for easier traceability
- Monitor and evaluate the work performance of the Formulation and Packaging team
- Perform all the job-related task duties as assigned

- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology (BSFT)
- Atleast 2-3 years of experience in actual product development of powdered beverages
