About the role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee daily financial operations, cash flow management, collections, and payment scheduling across multiple business units.
Key responsibilities
Manage daily cash flow, fund allocation, and financial transactions
Prepare and monitor payment schedules for suppliers, utilities, payroll, loans, and other obligations
Reconcile expected collections and receivables against upcoming payments and operating expenses
Monitor bank balances, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and outstanding obligations
Prioritize payments based on available funds, due dates, and operational requirements
Coordinate with Accounting, Treasury, Billing and Collection, and Operations Departments
Prepare cash flow projections, collection reports, and payment monitoring reports
Ensure timely settlement of obligations and proper financial documentation
Provide Management with financial updates and recommendations
About you
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related field
At least 3–5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
Experience in treasury, cash flow management, and handling multiple companies is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple financial deadlines
