REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Open for Foreign Nationals who require a working visa.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledgeable in using Oracle and SAP.
• Having good experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Review and audit employee expense reports to ensure compliance with global policies, utilizing the Concur expense management system.
• Oversee and support the performance and daily operations of AP and T&E analysts, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
• Manage and resolve escalations related to accounts payable inquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Supervise end-to-end invoice processing and employee reimbursement activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely payment.
• Investigate and resolve complex payment issues in coordination with cross-functional teams and external partners.
