Business Development Officer

POSITION SUMMARY

• The Business Development Officer is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding the company’s presence in the aluminum, glass, and construction materials market. The role involves regular client visits, coordination with site teams, and achieving assigned sales targets.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, aluminum, and glass sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Promote and sell window, door, profile, and façade-related products and solutions
• Conduct client visits, site meetings, and project follow-ups as required
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations aligned with client needs
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales support, technical, and site teams) to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential project leads
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and provide regular sales reports

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in aluminum, glass, or construction materials sales (1–3 years preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of window and door systems, profiles, or façade works is an advantage
• Organized, target-driven, and comfortable working with contractors and site teams
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• With driver’s license and willing to do client visits
