Position: Purchasing Coordinator
Industry: Home Appliances Distributor Company
Location: Morato, Quezon City
Salary: Php20,000 – Php25,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift)
Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder
- At least 1 year of work experience as Purchasing Staff
- Experience working in the same industry is advantage
- Willing to work fully on site
- Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Process purchasing requisitions and prepare purchase orders in accordance with company policies and approval workflows
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable service, quality, and competitive pricing
- Source and procure goods by evaluating vendor options, requesting quotations, and researching potential suppliers
- Coordinate closely with suppliers regarding order placement, delivery schedules, and order status to ensure timely fulfillment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing records, reports, and documentation within procurement and inventory systems
