Finance Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our Accounts Receivable operations. You will manage the daily processing of collections and receipts, ensure accurate financial records, and help maintain the integrity of the company's cash flow operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and issue official receipts on a daily basis and ensure timely deposit of collections
- Record and encode issued receipts accurately into the EFM system
- Prepare the Daily Collection Report (DCR) and other required financial summaries
- Handle cheque releasing and compute sales commissions as needed
- Follow up on outstanding collections from clients via phone and email
- Schedule and monitor customer collections to ensure compliance with company deposit policies
- Perform monthly reconciliation of unbilled shipments
- Safeguard the company's interest by ensuring all customer transactions fall within commercial policy limits
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial and business information
