Dental Receptionist

- Greet patients and manage incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and confirm patient attendance, ensuring optimal clinic workflow.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist patients with insurance forms and payment processing.
- Coordinate with dental staff to facilitate a smooth patient experience and prepare charts for upcoming appointments.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong patient care abilities, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
