Description - Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Prepare compliance reports and maintain documentation.
- Support training initiatives to promote compliance awareness.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations to inform policy updates.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in compliance or a related area.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Working Conditions: Office-based position with standard working hours.
