Key Responsibilities: - Provide basic hair services such as shampooing, blow-drying, ironing, and simple hairstyling.
- Prepare tools, equipment, and materials needed for each service.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and salon equipment.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
- Recommend appropriate hair products and treatments based on client needs.
- Manage appointments, assist in scheduling, and coordinate with the receptionist or manager.
- Maintain inventory of hair products and report low stocks to the supervisor.
- Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- With or without experience (training can be provided).
- Basic knowledge of hair care, styling, or salon services is an advantage.
- Willing to learn hair techniques and undergo training.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Neat, presentable, and professional appearance.
