- Proven experience as a Concrete Paver Operator or similar role.
- Knowledge of concrete mix, curing, and surface finishing.
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and slope grades.
- Familiar with operating and maintaining various types of concrete pavers.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols.
- Physically fit and capable of working long hours under various weather conditions.
- High School Graduate or equivalent (required)
- With TESDA NC II Certification in Heavy Equipment Operation (preferred)
- Minimum of 1–2 years experience operating a concrete paving machine
- Knowledge of concrete mixing, finishing techniques, and paving procedures
- Familiarity with machine calibration, alignment, and depth control
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards
- Physically fit and able to work under sun and varying weather conditions
- Ability to read and follow construction plans or instructions
- Team player with good communication skills
