Job Summary
The Operations Head is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the food or poultry production facility. This includes production management, quality control, supply chain coordination, cost efficiency, compliance with food safety standards, and manpower supervision to ensure operational excellence and profitability.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, Animal Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5–10 years of experience in food manufacturing or poultry operations.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, supply chain, and quality control systems.
• Experience in handling large teams in plant operations.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
