Consulting - PMO Associate

At PwC, our people in people strategy focus on developing and implementing long‑term strategies to align the organisation’s human capital with its overall business objectives. This involves analysing workforce trends, applying the latest HR strategy, long‑term workforce planning and improving overall employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in growing and managing the Managed Services practice across Southeast Asia.
• Support Practice Leaders in executing business strategies for market growth and client acquisition.
• Create and update presentations and proposals that align with key service offerings and highlight PwC differentiators.
• Conduct research to understand market trends, assess competitor activities, and identify potential business opportunities.
• Track, report, and analyse business development activities using Salesforce.
• Evaluate client needs to develop tailored strategies that support their goals and drive business success.
• Support the project/program manager with governance, planning, execution, and control.
• Create standard project documents and templates such as project charters, progress reports, dashboards, risk registers, and resource trackers.
• Track and communicate project status and metrics, generate reports on project health, risks, issues, and resources.
• Assess financial status by comparing actual results against plans and forecasts.
• Oversee vendor and subcontractor deliverables and coordinate their work.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, meeting preparation, facilitation, and note‑taking.
• Learn and apply project management best practices and commercial fundamentals across the project lifecycle, including waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Utilise project portfolio management tools and support the entire solution delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Graduated from college with a solid academic record.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
• Demonstrated initiative and decisiveness.
• Strong leadership and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Optional: Experience managing projects, either in school or professional settings.
• Proficient in creating impactful presentation materials.
• Good understanding of quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Open to work in a hybrid setup based in Makati City.
