Treasury Associate - Manila

We are looking for a Treasury Associate to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is proactive, takes ownership of their work, collaborates effectively with diverse stakeholders, and is motivated to continuously develop their skills and knowledge.

This role is primarily on a mid-shift schedule. During the first three weeks, you will work Monday through Friday for onboarding and training. After the initial training period, your schedule will remain on a mid-shift, but your rest days may vary and can include weekdays or weekends based on business needs.

What you will be doing:

• Manage and analyze cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.

• Monitor and optimize working capital, including forecasting daily cash positions.

• Execute and reconcile payments, transfers, foreign exchange transactions, and other treasury-related activities.

• Maintain banking relationships and support daily treasury operations.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including banks and service providers, to support business and operational objectives.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.

• Take ownership of assigned treasury functions, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution.

• Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and regulatory or compliance-related requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting, banking, or a related field is preferred; however, fresh graduates with strong potential and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial systems is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

• Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset.

• Open to leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and drive continuous process improvement.

• Knowledge or exposure to cryptocurrency, foreign exchange (forex), digital assets, payments, and fiat currencies is an advantage.
