Role Overview
A leading professional services firm is looking for a Corporate Finance Associate to support strategic transactions, financial analysis, and advisory engagements.
This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong analytical capabilities and experience in corporate finance, transaction services, investment banking, or audit who are eager to work on complex deals and business advisory projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in evaluating investment and transaction opportunities
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and financial statement analysis
- Support mergers & acquisitions and due diligence engagements
- Prepare financial reports, presentations, and client materials
- Perform industry research and market analysis
- Assist in deal execution and transaction coordination
- Work closely with clients, advisors, and internal teams
- Support project management and engagement deliverables
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Business, or related field
- CPA or MBA is an advantage
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, transaction advisory, investment banking, audit, or consulting
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
