Job Summary
The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics. The role focuses on building strong professional relationships, increasing product awareness, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction while complying with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and present the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
- Conduct regular field visits based on the approved territory coverage plan.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Organize and participate in product presentations, medical meetings, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and market trends, and provide timely market intelligence.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports.
- Ensure proper implementation of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and territory information.
- Comply with company policies, ethical standards, and all applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
