Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in demand planning software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, or consumer goods preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
- Knowledge of forecasting techniques and models
- Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts
- Lead the monthly demand planning process
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends
- Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust as needed
- Identify supply chain risks and opportunities
- Maintain forecasting tools and systems
- Report on KPIs related to demand planning
- Support inventory optimization initiatives
- Participate in S&OP meetings
