- Oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance profitability and cash flow management.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances, recommending actionable solutions.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Public Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills with expertise in Financial Software and Analytics & Reporting
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with effective communication and leadership abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in Asset Management, Forecasting, and Portfolio Management
- License: CPA - Certified Public Accountant
