Credit and Collection Officer

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
•With experience in credit evaluation and collections, preferably in financing or lending industry.
•Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
•Knowledge of basic credit investigation and risk assessment.
•Good communication and negotiation skills.
•Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
•Proficient in MS Office applications.
Responsibilities
•Review and assess loan applications, financial documents, and credit data.
•Conduct background and credit investigations to verify applicant information.
•Analyze repayment capacity and recommend approval or disapproval of loan applications.
•Ensure completeness and accuracy of loan documentation prior to endorsement.
•Monitor loan accounts and track due dates to ensure timely payments.
•Identify delinquent accounts and implement appropriate collection strategies.
•Maintain updated and accurate borrower records in the system.
•Conduct reminder calls, demand letters, and field visits when necessary.
•Negotiate payment arrangements with delinquent clients.
