A2R DS Manager

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes division seeks a Accounts-to-Report (A2R) Manager in Manila to lead accounting operations and a team of 15+ associates. The role spans financial period closings, compliance, internal controls, and talent development within the Global Services Finance organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead accounting operations and daily execution for Global Services Finance accounting process areas
- Oversee timely financial period closings and ensure compliance with SLA commitments and regulatory requirements
- Manage team of accounting associates; develop talent, create succession plans, and drive performance
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions including orders, reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and support organizational process transformation efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business discipline
- Minimum 7 years professional experience in accounting or finance
- At least 5 years supervisory or first-line leadership experience in shared services or BPO
- Proven experience leading teams of 15 or more associates
- Background in Global Account-to-Report function at multinational organizations
- Track record of continuous improvement and process transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of compliance, SOX requirements, and internal audit standards
