DS Manager Global Payroll Product

Johnson & Johnson seeks a DS Manager for Global Payroll Product to lead payroll strategy, process standardization, and technology enablement across the organization. The role encompasses product ownership, transformation delivery, data integration, compliance governance, and stakeholder leadership during a significant business separation and operational transition.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute global payroll product roadmap including platform integrations and technology solutions
- Lead payroll separation and transformation initiatives from design through go-live and steady-state operations
- Design data migration, integration, reconciliation, and lifecycle management practices for payroll systems
- Ensure payroll processes meet statutory, audit, SOX, and operational control requirements globally
- Guide cross-functional stakeholders and regional teams through complex payroll decisions and governance forums
Requirements
- Experience leading global payroll product strategy and platform implementation
- Proficiency with payroll systems, ServiceNow, HR technology, and enterprise integrations
- Demonstrated expertise in process standardization and operational transformation
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, SOX controls, and data governance requirements
- Proven stakeholder and program leadership across cross-functional teams
- Background in change management and business continuity during organizational transitions
