Field Service Engineer - Multimodality
GE HealthCare
Field Service Engineer position maintaining diagnostic imaging equipment (MRI, CT, DGS) across assigned territories. Responsibilities include technical service delivery, customer relationship management, preventive maintenance, and compliance with established protocols at GE HealthCare's Philippines operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting on diagnostic imaging modalities
- Resolve equipment and customer issues independently using established tools and escalation processes
- Provide remote and on-site technical support and diagnostics to healthcare customers
- Maintain customer relationships through proactive visits and timely communications
- Complete administrative duties including documentation, training, and compliance reporting
Requirements
- Degree in Electronics, Computer, Information Technology, or Biomedical Engineering
- 2-3 years field service experience in diagnostic imaging equipment
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
- Demonstrated customer service capability and tactful interpersonal skills
- High mobility and willingness to relocate within the Philippines
- Team collaboration skills and learning orientation
