Position: Mandarin Information Security Governance Supervisor Company Industry: Japanese Manufacturing Company Work Location: Carmona, Cavite Work Schedule: Day shift schedule - Monday to Friday ( 8am to 5pm ) Salary: Negotiable Work Set Up: Hybrid setup (3x onsite, 2x wfh)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- ️Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English
- ️ Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security,
- ️Familiarity with audit processes, compliance tracking, risk assessment methodologies, and third‑party risk management practices.
- ️Basic to intermediate understanding of ISO/IEC 27001 (preferred), NIST/COBIT frameworks (preferred), and familiarity with certifications such as CISM, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent (advantage).
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
- ️Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- ️Conduct information security risk assessments.
- ️Identify security risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- ️Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulations.
- ️Coordinate with auditors during ISO certification and compliance assessments.
- ️Promote cybersecurity best practices across the organization.
- ️Track employee completion of mandatory security training.
