Social Media Manager

A Social Media Marketing job involves creating/executing strategies, developing engaging content (posts, videos, visuals), managing accounts (scheduling, optimization), analyzing performance (metrics, KPIs), community engagement (responding to comments/DMs), staying updated on trends, and boosting brand awareness/traffic/revenue across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., requiring collaboration with marketing teams and understanding analytics.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategy & Planning: Develop data-driven social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Content Creation: Produce compelling copy, images, and videos for diverse platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
• Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage social media campaigns and paid advertising.
• Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and customers.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions), analyze data, and report on performance.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay current with platform updates, new technologies, and social media trends.
• Collaboration: Work with design, content, and broader marketing teams.
Core Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in social media management/marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Excellent writing, editing, and visual content creation skills.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights).
• Ability to interpret data and pivot strategies.
• Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
