Job Description : 

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Platform Administrator to join the IT Operations and Foundation team supporting Chevron. The role is responsible for administering, securing, maintaining, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform across production and non-production environments, ensuring stability, reliability, scalability, and efficient integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administer and maintain ServiceNow instances, including user accounts, groups, access controls, application configuration, and platform security.

2. Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot incidents, resolve technical issues, and implement performance tuning and system-hardening measures.

3. Plan and execute ServiceNow platform upgrades and maintain stability across production and non-production environments.

4. Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, including identity, endpoint management, security, and observability platforms.

5. Provide technical design guidance to developers, validate integration requirements, enforce platform security standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

1. ServiceNow platform administration, development, and maintenance.

2. Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation using SAML and OpenID Connect (OIDC).

3. Platform performance monitoring, advanced tuning, and system hardening.

4. ServiceNow integrations with Entra ID and other enterprise systems.

5. ServiceNow upgrades, instance security, and access control management.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow administration, platform engineering, or related technical roles.

• Proven experience administering and maintaining ServiceNow instances, including upgrades, performance monitoring, tuning, and security hardening.

• Hands-on experience implementing SSO using SAML and OIDC.

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external enterprise systems, such as Entra ID, endpoint management, security platforms, and observability tools.

• Strong understanding of technical design, integration implementation, and platform reliability.

• Knowledge of Java or a similar object-oriented programming language, data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and design patterns.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITIL processes and best practices.

• Knowledge of Azure fundamentals and Azure DevOps.

• Familiarity with the SAFe Agile framework is preferred.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

• Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement in Makati City, on a day shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
