Description - Engage with customers to determine their needs and provide assistance in selecting products.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales trends and promotions to effectively market products.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Contribute to maintaining the store's visual presentation by organizing merchandise on the sales floor.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and tracking product availability.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience Level: 0-1 years of experience in retail or customer service
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Responsibilities and Duties: Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with potential for extended standing
