Description - Engage with customers to provide information about products and services.
- Assist customers in selecting products that suit their needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain the appearance of the sales floor and replenish stock as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
• With continuous and recent work experience
• No visible tattoos
• Watch sales and luxury retail experience is a strong advantage
• Optical industry experience is a strong advantage
