Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Build relationships with new and existing dealership partners
- Manage orders and daily interactions with dealer accounts
- Track and grow the sales portfolio of partner accounts
- Support team goals through individual contributions (no team management)

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in sales or partner management (automotive, fleet, retail, or distribution preferred)
- Experience in SaaS sales is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and proactive in generating new business (calls, networking, online leads)
- Valid driver’s license and willing to do field visits
