- Healthcare Account – with ₱15,000 Signing Bonus
- Customer Service Account – General Support (No signing bonus)
Salary Package: ₱17,600 – ₱20,000 per month
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at TaskUs La Union, you will:
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests via calls, chat, or email.
- Provide accurate information and solutions in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure every interaction is a positive customer experience by showing empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Work with a supportive team and leaders who will guide you in your professional growth.
Whether you’re supporting healthcare members or assisting general customer service clients , your role is to make things simpler and better for every customer you help.
- Must be 18 years old and above
- Senior High School or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- No BPO or work experience required
- Good to above-average English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite at TaskUs La Union
- Strong customer service mindset and eagerness to learn
