Job Summary
We are looking for driven and goal-oriented Sales Agents to join our team. In this role, you will help clients find and invest in residential properties while building long-term relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential properties to prospective clients
- Generate leads through online platforms, referrals, and fieldwork
- Conduct property presentations, tripping, and client meetings
- Assist clients throughout the buying process, from inquiry to closing
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
- Stay updated on property details, pricing, and market trends
Qualifications
- At least Senior High School graduate
- Experience in sales, real estate, or customer service is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented
- Willing to do fieldwork and flexible schedule
- Familiarity with social media marketing is a plus
