Job Title: Customer Support Representative Non-voice (Gaming)
Work Setup: Work Onsite, Shifting Schedule, including weekends and holidays
Job Summary:
Are you passionate about gaming and customer experience? Join our team as an Customer Support Representative Non-voice (Gaming) and be the frontline connection between our players and our brand. You’ll handle player concerns with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy — ensuring every player enjoys a smooth, fun, and rewarding gaming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to player concerns and inquiries via email
- Escalate complex cases to higher support tiers when necessary
- Monitor in-game reports and maintain a safe, friendly gaming environment
- Deliver exceptional customer experience with empathy and accuracy
- Accurately document interactions and resolutions in the support system
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer support experience , preferably in a gaming-account
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Empathetic, player-first mindset with patience and professionalism
- Experience using Zendesk, Freshdesk, Helpshift , or similar platforms preferred
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems
- Amenable to onsite work and shifting schedules (including weekends/holidays)
