Position: French CS Representative

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Night Shift
Work set-up: Hybrid
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Filipinos who are speak and write in French language
- Can Communicate conversationally in English language
- Must be a high school graduate or Undergraduate with at least 2 years completion
- Customer Service experience is an advantage
- Open for Undergrad and Bachelor’s Degree holder
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing assistance and information via phone, web, email, and chat in French and English.
- Listen and provide a solution to customer's concerns, issues, or questions
- Preparing a reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Performing other related tasks needed
