JUNIOR SUPERVISOR
Qualifications
• Graduate of Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
• Licensed Engineer (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Chemical Engineering graduates are highly encouraged to apply
• Willing to be assigned in Valenzuela City
Responsibilities
• Assist the production team in understanding operational flow, systems, and machinery used
• Monitor workforce performance and act as a team leader per department while overseeing machine operations
• Apply knowledge of basic compound design
• Knowledgeable in compression, injection, and transfer molding processes
• Implement new process improvements and rejection control
• Analyze and reduce tire defects and scrap
• Conduct tire testing and troubleshoot process-related problems
• Improve production efficiency through time and motion studies
• Support and implement 5S, ISO, and Kaizen activities while coordinating with other departments
• Knowledgeable in engineering plastics (automotive, electrical, and medical components)
• Conduct raw material handling inspections and quality control
• Be aware of different types of raw materials and testing procedures
• Supervise follow-up and execution of development activities in process and product development
• Identify opportunities for process simplification and product improvement
• Implement work instructions and coordinate with production to resolve process-related issues
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate concerns when necessary
