Field Marketing

The Marketing Officer is responsible for promoting the laboratory's services through strategic field marketing initiatives. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals by regularly visiting clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities to increase awareness of the laboratory's services. As a field-based position, it requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of the laboratory's offerings, and the ability to effectively present and promote its capabilities to both prospective and existing clients. Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct fieldwork by visiting healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and medical offices, to promote and market the laboratory’s diagnostic services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare providers, and medical professionals to encourage referrals and partnerships.
• Present the laboratory’s services, including cardiovascular and clinical laboratory testing, to new clients and help address any inquiries or concerns.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
• Attend medical events, conferences, and community health activities to raise awareness and generate interest in the laboratory’s services.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, special events, and collaborations with other medical organizations.
• To support the overall marketing objectives of the company both externally and internally
• To assist with the development and implementation of the company’s meeting development objectives
• Ensure the laboratory’s brand and messaging are consistently represented during outreach and field interactions.
• Address any customer complaints or issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction and maintain a positive reputation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must be a graduate of any four (4) year course. Preferably marketing or any medical course.
• Excellent verbal selling skills, knowledge in basic marketing and management principles; excellence business writing skills.
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
• Ability to relate well with doctors and key personnel of Corporate accounts.
• Excellent work ethic. Practices and promotes integrity.
• Sales driven. Willing to do field works.
