Marketing Assistant (Project)

Job Description
The Marketing Project Assistant will provide administrative support to the Marketing Department by organizing and archiving digital marketing assets. The role primarily involves transferring files, renaming files according to established naming conventions, and ensuring that marketing materials are properly organized and stored for easy retrieval.

• Transfer digital marketing files to the designated storage media (e.g., CDs or other assigned devices).
• Rename files according to the prescribed naming standards.
• Organize and archive marketing assets accurately and systematically.
• Verify that transferred files are complete and accessible.
• Maintain confidentiality and properly handle company marketing materials.
• Perform other administrative tasks related to the project as assigned by the Marketing Department.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree or at least college level.
• Computer literate, proficient in basic file management and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of file transfer procedures and digital file organization.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Able to follow instructions and complete repetitive tasks accurately.
• Willing to work on a project-based arrangement.
