Description - Monitor and manage parking facilities to ensure smooth traffic flow.
- Assist customers with parking inquiries and provide directions.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on parking equipment.
- Enforce parking regulations and issue citations if necessary.
- Collect parking fees and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills and communication abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow procedures and report issues promptly.
- Working Conditions: May require working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
