- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas.
- Assist guests with requests and provide exceptional customer service.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels in guest rooms.
- Report maintenance issues and ensure prompt resolution of guest concerns.
- Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: No previous experience required
- Skills and Competencies: Basic cleaning skills and attention to detail
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly and helpful demeanor
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
