- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with patrons to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Support the development of new drink recipes and specials.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, upselling skills, ability to maintain consistency under pressure.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to mix and serve cocktails, manage inventory, and assist in bar promotions.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, quick learner, and strong multitasking abilities.
